Quick and Easy Recipe for Honey Spice Chicken Thighs

Honey Spice Chicken Thighs

1/3 Cup Honey
1 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Cookshack Chili Mix
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Smked Paprika
1/2 tsp. Cumin
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Salt

Mix all ingredients except for chicken together in a bowl. Brush chicken thighs with spice mixture.


Place chicken on indirect side of the PG1000 at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.


Brush chicken thighs with mix again about 10 minutes before they are finished.


Remove and serve.
