There are only a few spots left for our KCBS Judging Class, taught by Merl Whitebrooke, and our Fast Eddy’s by Cookshack Competition Cooking Class, taught by David Bouska of Butcher BBQ and Fast Eddy Maurin. This year’s class will be held on December 5-6, at Ponca City’s Pioneer Technology Center.

This class is a two day, hands on experience where you can learn the secrets of great competition barbecue from a world food champion and a legendary competition cook!  This class will help you pick out the perfect cut of meat for your competition, teach you how to trim, inject, spice and cook to KCBS judges standards.
