Pellet Cookers Used To Teach Champions.

The Fast Eddy’s by Cookshack Championship Competition Cooking Class will be taught by Legendary Pit Master Ed “Fast Eddy” Maurin and BBQ Pitmaster TV Show Finalist David Bouska (Butcher BBQ Team). This is a hands-on class designed to teach you how to prepare and cook the four KCBS categories: pork ribs, pork butt, brisket and chicken and how to make a presentation box. This class includes a complimentary KCBS Certified Judging Class on Dec. 5, which will teach you exactly what the judges are looking for when judging barbecue competition entries.

The class will be held on Dec. 5th & 6th, 2014 in Ponca City, OK. We hold this class every year so if you can’t make it this year ask about next year’s class.

During the class we cook on Cookshack rotisserie smokers, FEC100s and the pellet cookers. Most people using our pellet cookers during competitions finish chicken and ribs on them to give them that beautiful grilled look.
